Suggested Recipe for preparing Herbal Teas : Add TWO tea-spoons per glass of water and heat on high for about 8 minutes. Reduce the heat and leave for about 3 minutes. This process will extract the much needed oils and flavors to steep into the tea. Either filter the tea into a cup or allow the ingredients to settle down.
