Suggested Recipe for preparing Herbal Teas: Add TWO tea-spoons per glass of water and heat on high for about 8 minutes. Reduce the heat and leave for about 3 minutes. This process will extract the much needed oils and flavors to steep into the tea. Either filter the tea into a cup or allow the ingredients to settle down. Try pouring over ice for the first few
Times, to get accustomed to the flavor - the effect is maximized when consumed warm!
